Text Messaging

In our lesson today we were told to text each other and then compare the Lingoo we used. I decided to message Alex, even though he was sitting right next to me. Our conversation consisted of simply IM language:

'Hey Marina'
'Heyhey Alex, hw r u ? wubu2?'
'I'm gr8, and yourslf? Nm n u? xx
etc.

We then had to message each other back translating what we had said to eachother in full.

'Hey Marina'
'Heyhey Alex, how are you ? what have you been up to?'
'I'm great, and yourself? Not much and you? xx
etc.

I thought it was great fun for a change, and after that we ended up chatting to eachother using MSN chat, through lingo and slang :] It was quite entertaining ! xxx
